Responsibilities:
* Develop relationships with key decision makers in the commercial space across the North-east territory in the US
* Build relationships with clients directly to acquire additional market share (targeting senior executives in Operations, Facility Management, Sustainability etc)
* The role will be remote, with occasional travel to clients
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in business development/sales
* Experience selling hardware/software integrated solutions to mid market to enterprise level companies
* Self-motivation, with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
* Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
* Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
