- Project coordination between the internal team and outside design partners.
- Coordinating all aspects of project life cycle elements, including internal staff, design teams, clients/owners
- Establishing and overseeing project budgets, plans, and schedules.
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Mentor junior staff on civil engineering principals and project related issues
The Senior Project Manager should have...
- Business development experience and current relation ships with Colorado clients that can be utilized at this firm.
- Exceptional leadership skills and interest in growing/developing a team.
- Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering design processes in commercial land development.
- 10 years of industry experience (5 years of local PM experience in commercial land development).
- PE Licensed in Colorado.
