Salary: $130,000-$145,000/year
Best in class civil engineering firm with 40+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential projects is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Scottsdale, AZ on a two-year track to Director level. This company is looking for a candidate with both technical and managerial experience while possessing exceptional business development know-how. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage project teams and provide leadership while coordinating with staff, municipalities, and clients.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor and/or perform commercial, residential, and industrial project scopes.
- Communicate and advise clients to contribute upon project outcomes.
- Seek new business opportunities, prepare proposals, win new projects, and prep client presentations.
The Senior Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or similar and professional engineering (PE) license.
- 20+ years of civil experience specializing in land development.
- Client relationship management and pursuit of business development is a must.
- Extensive managerial background leading and mentoring engineering teams.
