They're looking to bring on a Senior Project Engineer in Bridge Inspection for NCDOT and local government projects to join their growing CEI department. You'd report directly into the Director of Construction within a rapidly growing CEI team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections for in-service bridges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop plan specifications for bridge projects, and having in-depth knowledge of NBIS guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- PE License in NC
- NBIS certification
- 5+ years of bridge inspection experience
- Strong experience with bridge inspection software tools (WIGINS)
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and various bridge types
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various work locations in North Carolina
