Title: Senior Plumbing Designer
Location: Jupiter, Florida
Salary: $80,000 - $115,000
Summary: This competitive MEP engineering consulting firm is looking to hire on a plumbing designer who will report in to the mechanical PE in their Jupiter office. You would come in and do design and drafting of both plumbing and fire protection for a variety of project types including hotels, retail centers, office buildings, and more! Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design plumbing and fire protection systems
- Develop and design construction documents - flow diagrams, plans and sections, details, specifications, equipment schedules and calculations
- Size and specify mechanical equipment - air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, etc
- Coordinate with other disciplines
- Assist with site surveys
- Ensure cost and quality are met for client expectations
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of design experience
- Associate's or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in Revit
- High attention to detail
