Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee geotechnical investigations, including site assessments, soil sampling, and laboratory testing.
- Perform geotechnical analysis and design for foundations, slopes, retaining structures, and other geotechnical systems.
- Prepare and review technical reports, engineering designs, and project documentation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, environmental scientists, and project managers.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Communicate project progress and findings to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software and analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
