We a partnered with an established engineering firm who are currently seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in their Houston office. This person would be required to come in and assist with technical review as well as mentoring junior members of staff. In addition, the right candidate should have an expansive network and business development experience to assist with bringing in and retaining large scale projects.
Key Points on the Company:
- Established company with close to 20 offices along the Gulf Coast and Texas.
- Huge growth over the last 3 years with both headcount and revenue doubling!
- Diverse range of projects including dominating multiple key markets across the Gulf Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage geotechnical projects from inception to completion.
- Perform and oversee field investigations and laboratory testing.
- Conduct geotechnical analysis and design using advanced software tools.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong geotechnical network across Houston and Texas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
