As a Senior ESD Consultant, your role involves:
- Leading energy assessments using tools such as NABERS & BASIX
- Integrating sustainable strategies across multiple projects
- Collaborating with stakeholders on LEED certification processes
- Advising on J Section compliance for development proposals
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of Environmentally Sustainable Design principles is essential.
- Ability to contribute effectively to architectural project teams with knowledge of sustainable materials, technologies, and methodologies relevant to modern construction practices.
- Familiarity or accreditation in utilizing The National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS), which measures building efficiency.
- A track record dealing with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certifications would be beneficial for this position's requirements.
