The Senior Environmental Manager is a hybrid position that will primarily focus on project/client management, business development strategies, mentoring staff, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and secure new clients and business/project opportunities both independently and in collaboration with other business development initiatives. Develop successful proposals, negotiate professional service agreements, and engage in networking activities that will build relationships with existing clients as well as potential new clients.
* Offer technical guidance within the environmental sector while managing project budgets and timelines. Lead project teams effectively while staying current with relevant state regulations. Oversee environmental aspects of redevelopment projects.
* Mentor team members to ensure they fulfil their assigned tasks successfully.
Requirements:
* Licensed Professional Engineer.
* Minimum of 15 years of experience within an engineering role.
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
* Proven success in business development and leadership positions.
