Opportunity:
A Senior consultant is required to join a highly reputable boutique consultancy in their Central London office, to assist in delay analysis. You will focus on the provision of project advisory and dispute resolution services, assisting well reputed experts on international cases. A background with a contracting company is essential as exposure to live projects that have been disrupted and delayed is key to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients in relation to engineering and construction projects that have failed to meet time expectations
Provide planning support and advisory services to appointed experts in litigation, arbitration and adjudication processes
Skills to be developed:
Work with legal counsel and firms on high value, complex disputes both nationally and internationally
Liaising with key stakeholders (contractors, owners, governments, insurers, project funders, designers, subcontractors)
Key qualifications:
Construction related degree from a recognised institution
Working towards or achieved a relevant higher degree in a relevant subjects; for example MSc or LLB or LLM etc
Working towards or obtained full corporate membership of professional institution; for example RICS, ICE, CIOB or CIArb
Proficient in Primavera P6 Professional Advanced
