Responsibilities
Lead process engineering development or manage overall design for wastewater treatment, biosolids, and waste-to-energy projects.
- 10+ years relevant experience in engineering and relevant degree
- Professional Engineering License in one or more state
Support or lead particular wastewater treatment or biosolids management business development and other growth initiatives.
Support project design teams with regards to wastewater process engineering aspects.
Manage, develop, or mentor technical staff.
Manage or develop treatment process modeling and wastewater system bases-of-design.
Actively engaged in client development, cross market, cross service line/spearhead and/or cross geography collaboration.
Net project authorizations in support of practice area/department revenue growth target.
Manages the development, planning, execution and close-out of large complex engineering projects.
Provides technical and financial oversight/guidance to project team.
Manages budgets and scope, project team resources, schedules, subcontractors/subconsultants, procurement, project risks, KPIs and cash flow.
Manages project conformance with respect to quality and safety.
Demonstrates ability to obtain repeat business from existing clients.
Achieves positive client feedback as determined by project closeout and client satisfaction surveys.
Proficient at developing project scope, schedule and budget, and assembling and managing project team/resources that are proficient in the technical aspects of the project.
