Responsibility of Regional Sales Manager:
- Responsible for meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume
- Responsible in generating profitable growth sales strategies for the APAC Aquatics business
- Responsible for leading on negotiation and driving high profit margins
- Responsible for growing the Aquatics capabilities across the APAC region working closely with the USA and Australia businesses
Requirements of Regional Sales Manager:
- Sound knowledge of water technologies products, processes, and technologies
- Proven track record managing/leading a sales team towards profitable growth.
- Proven track record of success developing good customer / business partner relationships
- Strong understanding of the Aquatics sector and potential clientele
