As the Regional Product Manager for the Southeast Asia (SEA) market, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product strategy and growth across the region.
They are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Regional Product Manager to lead the product management efforts in the dynamic Southeast Asia market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our data center solutions in the SEA region.
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the regional product strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to guide product development and positioning.
- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D teams todefine, prioritize, and oversee the development of new data center products tailored to the SEA market.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, growth, and eventual discontinuation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless product launches, effective go-to-market strategies, and successful post-launch support.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers in the region to gather insights, feedback, and requirements to enhance existing products and drive innovation.
- Pricing and Positioning: Determine optimal pricing strategies and product positioning based on market dynamics and customer value.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance, KPIs, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies as needed.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams and partners to ensure a clear understanding of product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a subject matter expert by staying updated on industry trends, attending conferences, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's/MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 8+ years of product management experience in the Data Center, IT infrastructure, or related technology industries.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market landscape and trends in the Data Center industry.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and engaging with customers in SEA is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and emerging technologies is a plus.
