Position Overview:
当社では、再生可能エネルギープロジェクト（太陽光発電、エネルギー貯蔵、陸上風力発電）のための土地取得に特化した経験豊富なプロジェクト開発マネージャーを募集しています。この役割では、潜在的な土地サイトの調査と分析、土地の購入またはリースの交渉の主導、土地に関するデューデリジェンスの実施、プロジェクト開発全体にわたる土地所有者との連絡を担当していただきます。
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Development Manager to focus on land acquisition for our renewable energy projects, including solar, energy storage, and onshore wind initiatives across Japan. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing potential sites, leading negotiations for land purchase or lease, conducting due diligence, and liaising with landowners throughout the project development process.
Key Responsibilities:
サイト調査・分析 Site Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential land sites suitable for solar, energy storage, and onshore wind projects. Evaluate site conditions, suitability, and potential for development.
交渉 Negotiations: Lead negotiations for the acquisition or lease of land. Ensure favorable terms and conditions that align with project goals and budget.
デューデリジェンス Due Diligence: Perform comprehensive due diligence on land, including legal, environmental, and regulatory aspects. Ensure all necessary approvals and clearances are obtained.
土地所有者との連絡 Landowner Liaison: Develop and maintain positive relationships with landowners and other stakeholders. Address any concerns or issues that arise during the project development phase.
プロジェクト調整 Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth integration of land acquisition into overall project planning and execution.
Requirements:
経験 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development or project management within the renewable energy sector, specifically in land acquisition.
言語スキル Language Skills: Native Japanese language proficiency is required for effective communication with landowners, especially in remote areas. Proficiency in English is a plus but not mandatory.
資格 Qualifications: A registered real estate license is preferred but not required.
