The Project Manager will be responsible for...
- Manage and coordinate team activities including production documents, client and internal management, and project financials
- Develop staff and increase effectiveness of the team
- Negotiate contracts and develop proposals with a clearly defined project scope
- Attend client/municipal meetings to review issues and obtain project approval
- Oversee the work of engineers, technicians, and administrative staff, you will manage the creation of project documents and the permitting process.
The Project Manager should have the following qualifications...
- BS in Civil Engineering (or Higher)
- Professional Engineering License from WA required
- 8+ years of experience in civil engineering
- Experience on private development projects
