Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Development Project Manager with a minimum of 5+ years of experience to lead our Land Development team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who excels in project oversight and team leadership. In this position, you will oversee a variety of land development projects across North Carolina, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and support staff in the execution of land development projects.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Provide high-level oversight of technical work, with a focus on quality control, compliance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in land development, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
