Position Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects related to water and sewer line installation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within the construction industry, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and team collaboration effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience with water and sewer line projects.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
