We are currently seeking a talented project manager to oversee the construction and management of several wastewater treatment plants in the Denver metropolitan area. As the project manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of a team of engineers, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Planning and executing all phases of the project, including design, construction, and commissioning of the wastewater treatment plants.
Managing the budget and ensuring that the project is completed within budget constraints.
Coordinating with the client and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.
Ensuring that all safety and environmental regulations are adhered to throughout the project.
Developing and implementing project schedules, tracking progress, and reporting on project status.
Identifying potential risks and developing risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Leading and managing a team of professionals, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with experience in wastewater treatment plant projects.
A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Experience in budget management, scheduling, and risk management.
