The successful candidate should have experience managing projects and coordinating tasks of moderate size and complexity, making decisions independently and resolving complex problems. In addition to project delivery responsibilities, the successful candidate must be able to manage budgets, personnel, schedules, subconsultants, and client interaction, with the ability to support operations managers and practice leaders in business development and pursuit of Land Development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in production of Land Development projects
- PA licensed PE, or can obtain immediately
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Providing strong leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to our existing exceptional Land Development Team
- Must be self-directed yet a team player, and be focused on quality, integrity and success.
