This opportunity will allow the ideal candidate to start from scratch on brand new site development projects which will allow the ideal person to be creative on the design.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning and execution of daily operations.
- Managerial capability to lead and direct activities of all project team personnel, monitoring technical production on all projects to ensure adherence to quality standards at high productivity.
- Maintaining healthy client relationships and possesses operational experience for driving projects and executing deliverable.
- Leading and managing staff to achieve established goals for successful projects and outcomes.
- Responsible for all financial aspects (profit/budgets) of the General Civil department.
- Evaluate and communicate the operational and business opportunities for growth decisions.
- Assist Division Manager in developing near and long-term goals for revenue and profit growth and provide input for corporate decisions.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of daily operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Must have Professional Registration (PE).
- 8+ years of experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, ICPR, & Ponds.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking and presentation skills.
- Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, staff management, and strategic planning.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
- Prior leadership experience, including leading successful teams and projects.
