Electrical Project Executive - Atlanta / Virginia / Texas

Salary: $185,000- $250,000
We are currently seeking to add an experienced Electrical Project Executive for one of the most competitive electrical contractors in the US. After working closely with the Subcontractor that is hiring for these positions for many years now, they have decided to expand their data center teams after having to turn work away as they need to expand their teams.
The company are very well known in the East and South East construction markets, and have a presence among the leading mission critical developers landing them the largest data center projects that are currently and will be being built.
They currently have projects located in Atlanta, Northern Virginia and The Carolinas which have already broken ground with total project value of just under $500M in electrical construction. On top of this, they have roughly $500M in NEW ground up projects booked for this year, so a leader in the electrical mission critical construction space is needed to come in and assist the executive team.
Travel Will Be Required For this Role From Virginia To Atlanta.

Required Experience for role:
- 10+ years of Data Center Construction is essential
- 10+ years of handling electrical construction contracts in data centers valued over $200M
- Having strong relationships within the data center space
- Experience working on Electrical Aspects of new Data Center Construction or Fit Outs
- Knowledge of working on projects valued over $150M
- Willingness and ability to travel to and from Virginia to Atlanta
- Must have experience working for electrical subcontractors
Preferred experience for role:
- Minimum 15 years of Electrical Construction Experience
- Minimum 15 years of handling projects valued over $200M
- Availability to travel to Arizona
- Posses strong relationship building skills
- Be able to handle 300MW of new data center construction at one time
