A fast-growing Data Centre firm that builds and manages Data Centers for Hyperscale clients across APAC is looking to expand their South Korea team by bringing on board a Project Director.
Responsibilities:
- Project Development, Leadership, and Stakeholder Management.
- Work with the hyperscale client to oversee the project development, construction, scheduling, and budget, as well as the procurement.
- Work with contractors and vendors on bidding, execution, and project completion.
- Work with internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Build and lead an operational team to deliver and manage the hyperscale data center
Requirements:
- 10 + years of experience in data centre project management, engineering, design & construction - preferably South Korea project experience.
- Professional or Chartered Engineer, PMP, LEED, Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a preference.
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment, whilst maintaining good detail and control.
- Proven track record of managing large/mission critical projects sucessfully.
- Understanding of South Korea building regulations and codes as well as requirements for data centre projects.
- Bilingual - Korean and English
