Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, prioritization, and coordination of solar project development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Oversee daily project operations, guiding the project team to deliver on assigned tasks within set timelines and budget constraints.
- Conduct negotiations related to contractual terms and agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Develop comprehensive project proposals, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify necessary resources and allocate the right team members with the appropriate skills to successfully execute projects.
- Evaluate potential risks and technical challenges, and develop effective mitigation strategies to address them.
- Proactively analyze, identify, and resolve project issues in a timely and collaborative manner with the team.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives seamlessly.
- Prepare detailed documents and presentations to communicate project progress and status updates to management.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or Business Development (experience in overseeing utility-scale solar projects or solar rooftops is highly desirable).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work flexibly within a team.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
