A Denver construction & engineering contractor construction firm is currently seeking a Project Controls specialist. With a portfolio of projects including water/waste water treatment plants, pump stations, dams, transportation's, and more the Project Controls analyst will be responsible for overseeing the projects and making sure responsibilities are done in an accurate and timely fashion.
This contractor chases work across Colorado, and the Project Controls analyst is expected to travel to the job site daily. - Prepare Cost Report and Cash flow with minimal supervision
- Create input for monthly/quarterly Reports
- Understand keys of scheduling processes
- Perform/Assist with critical path and float analysis reporting
The Project Controls analyst should have the following qualifications...
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
- 4 years of experience as Project Controls analyst preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead controls operations
