POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Project Controlling Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the financial performance of individual projects and providing recommendations for the project's financial decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare the project financial plan and ensure alignment with the project execution plan
- Prepare project financial status reports, including project financial data, costs, and estimates of project cost
- Coordinate project reviews and monitor ongoing project cost control status, cash flow, revenues, profit, gross margin, and potential cost variances
- Involve in different financial aspects of proposals to ensure compliance with corporate and Japanese standards
- Support the team to ensure that costing elements and financial risks are properly considered
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of experience in business or financial controlling
- Experience and knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP is a plus
- Knowledge of finance & accounting in IFRS and JP GAAP. CPA is a plus
- Fluent in English and Japanese communication
