This individual will work on small-scale and large-scale projects throughout the West Coast region. This individual should be enthusiastic about their work with a strong commitment to client service and technical excellence. The successful candidate will direct all types of archaeological projects, ranging from small local surveys through large, multi-year projects. This position will require frequent travel away from the home office.
Qualifications:
- An MA or MS in anthropology with a focus in terrestrial archaeology
- Experience in all aspects of archaeological fieldwork and supervisory experience
- Basic knowledge of Section 106 and federal and state regulations and environmental review processes and requirements
- Familiarity with digital field technology
- Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
