Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Oversee and mentor a team of environmental professionals, ensuring high performance, professional growth, and collaboration.
- Business Development: Leverage your existing book of business to generate new opportunities, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our market position, identify new business opportunities, and achieve long-term goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
