Position: Project Manager/Principal - Environmental Practice Area

Overview:
Our team is expanding, and we are looking to grow the services offered at our Monroeville office. We are seeking a Project Manager to Principal-level professional to enhance our Environmental Practice Area and actively manage large-scale remedial investigations and corrective actions involving soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion impacts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with projects requiring the investigation and closure of sites impacted by organic and inorganic compounds, as well as an understanding of the potential impacts of emerging contaminants.
As a Project Manager/Principal, you will work on existing projects while also developing new opportunities focused on remedial investigations and corrective action implementation for private and public sector clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, industrial, waste management, oil and gas, mining, and power. You will be responsible for managing and expanding services to current clients, developing new business, overseeing projects, mentoring junior staff, and providing senior direction on a variety of assignments.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Geology, Environmental Science, or Civil/Environmental Engineering (M.S. is a plus).
- 12+ years of relevant experience in environmental site investigation and remediation.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG).
- Strong professional communication skills, including technical writing and presentations.
- Proven experience in budgeting, managing, and implementing cost controls on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise both technical and administrative staff.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- A successful track record in direct client management and business development.
- Experience in the successful development and completion of remedial investigations and corrective actions at RCRA, state-regulated voluntary action programs, and Brownfield sites.
- Established client relationships.
