Role Overview:
A growing, and seeking a creative, entrepreneurial, and energetic individual to expand the services They are offering in the Langhorne, PA office.
They are seeking a Principal/Senior Project Manager to provide technical support and leadership to expand our Environmental Practice.
As a Principal/Senior Project Manager, you will work with the managers in the Langhorne office and company-wide Market Leaders to support the practice development.
The environmental practice is focused on providing environmental site assessment, environmental site remediation, land use permitting, due diligence and compliance services to manufacturing, power, real estate and public sector clients. You will be responsible for managing and expanding services to current clients and developing new business, as well as managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and providing leadership on a variety of projects.
Qualifications:
BS in Engineering Geology, or related field (MS a plus);
Strong technical background with10-15+ years' experience managing environmental projects;Experience developing and leading teams;
Experience with development of growth strategies;
Successful track record of direct client management and business development responsibilities;
Professional license (PG, PE, LSRP);
Knowledge of Federal and State (preferably Pennsylvania and New Jersey) regulations for air, water/wastewater and solid waste;
Knowledge of RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA Programs
Ecological Risk Assessment experience;Permitting/compliance experience;Regulatory reporting program experience (e.g. EPCRA, NPDES); andSPCC/SWPPP compliance.
