The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing water and wastewater treatment projects for our client in Massachusetts. The individual in this role will be responsible for the overall project delivery, including budget, schedule, safety, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of water and wastewater treatment projects from conception to completion
- Develop project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
- Manage project team and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project is completed on time and within budget
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and management
- Manage project closeout and handover to client
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing water and wastewater treatment projects
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
