We are looking for a Plumbing Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in Plumbing system installation across various building types. Key responsibilities include managing mechanical trade work, overseeing project construction, interfacing with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay within budget and schedule.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in mechanical construction.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office, BIM/CAD, MS Project or Primavera.
Core Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee mechanical trade work, ensuring compliance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain client and A/E relationships.
- Financial Management: Manage all financial aspects of contracts to ensure profitability.
- Supervision: Coordinate and supervise company personnel on projects.
- Innovation: Implement effective management techniques to maximize project performance.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of process piping, plumbing, HVAC systems.
- Experienced in managing Mechanical Construction Projects.
