I am currently looking for an entrepreneurial Planning Lead to join my client in their Brisbane office.
This is with a multi-disciplinary consultancy firm specializing in town planning, urban design and civil and water resources engineering. You'll be working alongside leading Australian and international property developers and able to take the client's planning division to the next level.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in town planning
- 10+ years' experience and demonstrated knowledge of planning schemes within SEQ
- Well connected in the development industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in managing, monitoring and progressing staff
- Strong financial management and leadership skills
