We are looking for a Landscape Architect who will play an important role in designing and planning outdoor spaces that are not only visually appealing, but also useful, sustainable, and compatible with their environment. You will be able to work on a variety of projects, engage with diverse teams, and contribute to the creation of stunning landscapes. The following competencies are necessary for this position:
-Project Design: Create and implement unique landscape designs for a wide range of projects, such as parks, residential developments, commercial areas, and urban revitalisation programs.
-Conduct site surveys, analyse environmental conditions, and determine the viability of suggested designs. This includes studying the geography, soil conditions, vegetation, and existing structures.
-Concept Development: Work with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts that meet project objectives and reflect the client's vision.
-Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all designs and plans adhere to local, state, and federal rules, including environmental and licensing standards.
-Budgeting: Help to prepare cost estimates and budgets for landscaping projects, and manage the budget throughout the project's life-cycle.
-Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients to answer problems, provide updates, and assure their satisfaction throughout the project.
