Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 + Bonus(s)

Role Overview:
As our Paving Superintendent, you will be at the forefront of our operations, guiding and managing all aspects of paving projects. Your leadership will ensure that we deliver exceptional results while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee and coordinate all phases of paving projects, from planning through to completion.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a skilled team of paving professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets stringent industry standards and client specifications.
- Resource Oversight: Manage equipment, materials, and labor efficiently to optimize project timelines and budgets.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve any issues on-site to keep projects on track.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Asphalt Paving Foreman or Superintendent on NCDOT projects.
- Deep understanding of paving techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing demands and priorities.
