LVI is working with a small leading multi-disciplinary firm based in the Texas area. This firm provides services in civil engineering, structural engineering, MEP, land surveying, and landscape architecture.
This firm is looking to open up a Dallas, TX office, where they are looking for an individual who has an extensive background in client interaction and business development within the land development field. This engineer will be responsible for having the opportunity to build out their own Dallas, TX, where they can work with clients of their choice, and create a team around them.
Requirements:
- P.E License in Texas
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- 10+ Years of experience in land development.
- Business Development and Client Interaction Skills.
- Great Technical and Project Management skills.
- Able to lead, manage, and train your team.
- Based in Dallas, TX
