Key responsibilities:
- Manage Overall Competency Growth of Signalling Engineers within the stated plan and time line
- Establish and maintain competency in areas of Rail System Engineering, Rail Signalling Engineering,
- Manage engineering resources and staffing to support on-going projects
- Improves chances of winning tendered work by advocating the firms technology and solutions to the market.
- Collaborates with the other functional departments for the overall success of the firm.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience
- several years of industry expertise in rail signal design, rail systems, leading a team of engineers, managing a department/team
- Proven track record in managing and developing engineering teams
