LVI Associates is representing a top 10 ENR general contractor at one of the largest GCs in the US. The client is looking travelling MEP PMs to run hyperscale projects in the VA, AZ and GA markets. Having previous hyperscale experience is a requirement though candidates who've built smaller colos may also be considered
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience building hyperscale data centers
- Excellent reputation with vendors and owners
- Excellent tenure
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Superintendents and senior management to ensure a smooth project completion
- Stay on top of scheduling, costings and project change orders
- Keep up to date with OSHA guidelines and ensure crews not only follow these but act safely and competently to maintain the company's safety record
