Our client has established their reputation at the forefront of North America's Architecture & Engineering markets over almost a century, through an unwavering dedication to their core values of collaboration, excellence, and innovation. Since their inception, they have applied an organic and strategic approach to growth, in order to maintain their distinction for the unparalleled quality of their work-product and consulting solutions, as they venture into new target markets and develop new service areas. In line with this, have continued to pursue the most distinguished and recognisable projects within each of their specialist practices.
They are equal in their commitment to their working culture and, through a value for their people and feedback, have fostered a uniquely collaborative working environment, where their professionals feel encouraged, supported, and confident in the long-term path for their technical and professional progression. This has seen them attract, grow, and develop, some of the best minds across an array of subject-areas who feel truly valued for their contribution.
They have built their existing construction-dedicated group for over 25 years now, which covers assignments across Forensic Analysis, Repairs & Restoration, Parking Structure Rehabilitation, and Building Enclosure Consulting. As their competition in these industries increases and others seem to befall to a solely profit-driven model, they have sought to navigate this sector with the same focus on quality as their other practices, and continue to tackle the most challenging projects in these markets.
They are actively seeking to add an MEP Market Leader to their Forensic Analysis group, who will collaborate from their wider practice to expand their investigation and litigation services into building-related MEP failures. Their preference is to leverage a deep bench of existing Forensics Structural, Architectural, and Geotechncial experts to hone the skills of an ambitious, experienced, and knowledgeable individual, with a strong technical background in MEP Design, around Forensic Investigations and Expert Witness services.
This is the incredibly unique opportunity to develop a new practice, with the support and mentor-ship of some leading figures in Forensic Engineering and Architecture, and gain an ownership stake in one of the most recognisable and credible businesses in the market.
