LVI are working with a well known national consulting firm specializing in architecture, engineering, and construction. They have seen great growth over the last few years and are now looking to continue to grow the team. They are looking for an experienced MEP Building Consultant to solve complex issues, and provide tailored solutions for their clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects including retail, hospitality, higher education, multi-family, and municipal facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property and facility condition assessments (PCAs and FCAs).
- Review building designs.
- Perform energy audits, system commissioning, forensic evaluations, and assessments of MEP systems.
- Contribute towards business growth and developing client relationships
- Travel to project/inspection sites as required.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering with a focus on MEP systems.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- LEED or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) credentials are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP system design and evaluation.
- Familiarity with building codes, facilities engineering, energy audits, and sustainability consulting.
