We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical expertise and support in the management of key LNG accounts, focusing on concepts, feasibility studies, and FEED studies. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and delivery of technical reports, ensuring clients are aligned with our recommendations, and overseeing the finalization of technical deliverables in a formal manner.
You will need to showcase strong technical leadership and client management skills to garner positive feedback from our clients. Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters is essential to maintain the quality of our deliverables and reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing input on project CAPEX development, contributing to Level 2/Level 3 integrated project schedules, and actively building your network within the LNG industry. Your involvement in organizational and administrative effectiveness within our consulting organization is crucial, and multitasking and hands-on contributions are expected.
Your role will also involve advising on applicable LNG codes, standards, local regulations, and emerging trends, with a continuous focus on improving the quality of our consulting services and supporting departmental growth. You should demonstrate strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure timely resolution of technical matters.
Market research, gathering actionable intelligence, and assisting clients in developing LNG business plans are part of your responsibilities, requiring a deep understanding of the LNG business and its value chain, especially in the context of various decarbonization scenarios.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital to convey complex issues and solutions effectively to a diverse audience. You will also be involved in reviewing tender documents, preparing proposals, participating in clarification meetings, and presenting proposal contents.
Your expertise will extend to contributing specialist insights to concept development, process design, and project development, as well as participating in process safety reviews and risk management strategies.
You will be the primary point of contact for LNG technical matters, offering strategic input on growing our LNG consulting business. A team player attitude is valued, with a willingness to assist and contribute to conflict resolution efforts.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in areas such as LNG FSRU/FSU, LNG terminal design/engineering, LNG storage tank design/engineering, LNG consulting, LNG to power, and related fields within the Energy industry.
- Experience in FSRU and/or LNG tank design, engineering, and construction is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent technical report writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and self-motivation.
- Capability to manage multiple and changing priorities efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.
- A delivery-focused approach, taking ownership of activities to meet client expectations.
- Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on with a strong initiative.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
