Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our new environmental team in Connecticut, bringing your expertise and a robust book of business to drive our growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the environmental team at our Connecticut office, including recruiting and mentoring junior staff.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow the environmental service offerings in the region.
- Leverage your existing client relationships and book of business to generate new projects and opportunities.
- Manage environmental assessment, remediation, and compliance projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients.
- Stay current with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) in Connecticut.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting, with a strong focus on site assessment, remediation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of developing business and managing client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
