My client is URGENTLY seeking a Lead Superintendent with experience working in the residential construction space in NYC and preferably experience on working on affordable housing construction projects.
This client is one of the largest GC's in NYC and has a strong pipeline of ground up multifamily construction projects booked out for the next 5 years and are urgently needing an experienced superintendent (DOB Licensed preferred) to come on board and hit the ground running.
Their projects are primarily based across the five boroughs in NYC.
