Currently, they are looking for a Lead Geotechnical Engineer to train and mentor junior staff as well as take a lead on the backlog of projects - with work in the pipeline until 2028!
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrating and overseeing comprehensive geotechnical investigations and analyses.
- Offering expert guidance on intricate engineering challenges.
- Crafting and implementing innovative geotechnical solutions.
- Collaborating seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Nurturing and mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous growth.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in the geotechnical industry.
- PE License in Texas
- Proven track record as a Geotechnical Engineer with a portfolio of diverse projects.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with the latest industry software and tools.
