We have a current opportunity for a Landscape Architect on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Orlando.
I am looking for a Landscape Architect with Civil CAD experience to join the Orlando, FL team. Working with many industry experts and clients on a variety of public and private project types will allow the new team member to improve professionally and personally.
Your role and responsibility will include:
Communicate verbally and in writing with clients, engineers, and architects regarding engineering and landscape projects.
Create and create site designs for residential and commercial subdivisions.
Create layered, visual representations of outdoor spaces that are described verbally. Show the images to clients, then make necessary edits to reflect their suggestions and those of regulatory personnel.
Examine project locations for ground stability and structural integrity to guarantee project safety, and adjust the current design as needed.
Work together with local legal organisations and regulatory committees to comprehend conservation, water use, and public safety rules.
After a project is over, follow up with clients to make sure they are satisfied and to keep in touch for future business.
To generate intricate technical drawings and designs for residential and commercial site plans and subdivisions, use AutoCAD software. Grading, drainage, waterlines, and sewage lines are all included in this, guaranteeing precision and conformity to project requirements developed over years of experience.
Work together with engineers and other relevant parties to develop design concepts into detailed drawings and layouts.
Visit locations and administer surveys to collect pertinent information and evaluate project needs.
