This firm is looking for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with either commercial or residential development experience.
This firm has been working on a diverse range of projects nationally, regionally, and locally. These range from, data centers, medical offices, retail, offices, K-12, higher education, administrative buildings, single-family homes, and multi-family development.
Requirements:
- E License in Texas
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- 5+ Years of experience in residential or commercial development.
- Experience in grading, utility design, erosion control, site design, Civil 3D, and roadway design.
- Project Management experience
- Able to lead and mentor designers and E.I.Ts
- Based in Dallas or Fort Worth, TX
