We have a current opportunity for a Land Developer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Taiwan. For further information about this position please apply.
Responsibilities:
- Source for rooftops, greenfield and agriculture lands, and ponds to develop solar projects in designated areas
- Manage the discussion with landowners on selling or leasing conditions to obtain approval of usage
- Manage information of lands and landowners
- Assist in permit submission
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese
- 2 years of experience in land development
- Local network will be preferred
- Driving license
