バイオマス発電所の事業開発案件にプロジェクトオーナーとして、発電所開発事業や建設業務に対してオーナーシップを発揮することができ、裁量と責任を持ってご担当いただけます。
As a project manager for biomass power plant projects, you will have the discretion and responsibilities to exercise ownership over the power plant development and construction work.
仕事内容・Responsibilities:
- バイオマス発電設備計画業務 / Biomass power generation facility planning work for project development
- 技術環境関係デューデリエンスに係るコンサルタント会社との技術対応、デューデリレポートの内容精査 / Technical correspondence with consulting firms for due diligence related to technology and environment, and examination of the contents of due diligence reports.
- 案件に係る各種許認可関係の調査、必要手続き対応 / Investigation of various permits and approvals related to the project and handling of necessary procedures.
- 建設中バイオマス案件のオーナーズエンジニアリング業務 / Owner's engineering for biomass projects under construction
条件・Requirements:
- 3年以上国内火力発電事業、発電設備（バイオマス、ガス、石炭）における経験（事業開発、建設、運転、保全等）/ At least 3 years of working experience in business development/construction/operations for domestic power plants (biomass, gas, coal, etc.)
- 社外・社内におけるコミュニケーション（交渉力を含む）能力 / Strong external and internal communication skills
- スケジュール管理意識の高い方 / Strong schedule management skills
