THE CLIENT:
This is an amazing opportunity for a Superintendent who is looking to take on a leadership opportunity within a growing region of the company. The company is projected to double their revenue and size over the next 3 years. Due to this they need someone who will provide overall management for base business Industrial projects in Dallas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervision of labour and activities, ensuring that job schedules are adhered to
- Maintaining effective relationships with all those involved. Including but not limited to; Architects, Subcontractors, Suppliers etc
- Managing all subcontractors' schedules
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 years experience on Industrial, Education or Warehouse/Distribution Center construction projects
- Tilt wall experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work as a team
