This is what you will be doing:
As a Controls Engineer you will be responsible for designing, debugging and repairing production equipment control systems while helping us propel forward as we continue to evolve and automate our processes.
This is what you should bring:
BS Electrical Engineer with at least 8 years working in manufacturing plant preferably with web-based products. Master's degree would be a plus.
Experience working with in plant automation devices such as Allen-Bradley PLC and PanelView systems, AC/DC drives, load cells, temperature control, power distribution and other machine control components.
Working knowledge with software languages including Ladder Logic, Function Block and Structured Text along with software programming with Allen Bradley PLC, Rockwell Automation, Automation Studio 5000, RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5, FactoryTalk View Studio, Connected Components Workbench and Yaskawa DiveWizard. The ability to analyze PLC logic and graphic programs to change or debug machine functions is also required.
Some AutoCAD Electrical experience for drafting and updating machine electrical drawing sets.
Qualified candidates will work with the team to make recommendations and implement changes to new system designs and working with the team to integrate changes or updates to plant equipment.
