Summary:
A Top-Rated Heavy Civil & Transportation Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Denver.
Salary:
$150,000 - $175,000
Responsibilities:
- Managing and directing the project team by providing the communication, coordination and follow-up necessary to meet project goals and objectives.
- Maintains ongoing training and mentoring of project team.
- Coordinates training and compliance measures to ensure project procedures are followed.
- Directly responsible to senior management.
- Provides ongoing project information and reviews as required by management.
- Ensures scope of work, schedule and budget are clearly defined and understood by senior management and all project participants, including the client
- Determines, controls and maintains overall project and discipline schedules and budgets.
- Identifies and secures necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budgets and/or schedule.
Qualifications:
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field experience
- Heavy Civil construction background with 10+ years field experience
- Safety Oriented - OSHA 10 & 30 Hour certificates are preferred
